主料:莲花菜1只
辅料:泡椒8个,生抽1勺泡姜1块,老抽2勺,白糖1勺,料酒3勺,干花椒20克,豆瓣酱2勺,八角2个,蚝油1勺,茴香5克,丁香4个,仔姜500克
做法:
1.鸭肉切小块,洗净焯水,沥干备用

2.准备适量的仔姜,指天椒洗净

3.仔姜切片,指天椒切马蹄状,泡姜泡椒切碎备用

4.准备香料:八角2个,丁香4个,茴香,三奈,干花椒

5.热锅入宽油,放干花椒和大料下去稍炸,下豆瓣酱中火炒出红油,再入泡姜泡椒,多翻炒一会儿

6.加入鸭肉,加料酒煸干,直至煸出鸭油.鸭肉水份和油完全逼干的时候腥味也小很多
